Kathryn A. Condon
Kathryn A. Condon retired in 2013 after 30 years of federal government service. She spent 16 years as a Department of Defense Senior Executive, creating, overseeing and administering a broad range of policy, programs and operations, including as Interagency Coordinator for Military Support to Civilian Authorities for Homeland Security; as the first civilian Army Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations; and as the senior civilian for the Army’s industrial base, the US Army Materiel Command, and Special Assistant to the Undersecretary of the Army. Her last government position was as the Executive Director of Army National Military Cemeteries, where she was recognized as the leader responsible for the complete turnaround of the intensely scrutinized, public scandal at Arlington National Cemetery.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
